How we score compatibility
We build two Alexandrov squares — the same working numbers, zeros stay out of the cells.
For each line and cell we take the delta (difference). Δ = |count A − count B|

- 2–3a noticeable difference
- 4+a zone to agree
The core of the pair is character (1) and energy (2); logic (5) sits on four lines at once.
The overall number is mean closeness, not a divorce forecast. A match at zero or at overload is flagged separately.
Common questions about calculating a Pythagorean square
What does the compatibility calculator compare?
Two psychomatrices: 9 traits and 8 lines. We look at the gap of counts, not “you fit / you don’t”.
Does a green badge mean all is well?
No. Green means a small Δ. Short bars on both sides are a match in weakness. Two long bars can be competition, not harmony.
Can it predict a divorce?
No. The square shows starting counts, not behaviour. A red pair can last if they talk; a green pair can split if they treat a match as a given.
Why is the percent different on other sites?
Schools write working numbers differently and fold Δ into a percent differently. Here: Alexandrov, Δ on cells and lines, character and energy a little heavier in the mean.
